Eileen - The Chillipaddy

Many thanks to Toshio for the invitation to this shoot, in which I got to meet 2 new photographers, Timothy (ClimberMD) and Jamie (DawnRoseCreations) who were themselves very talented in portraiture photography. It was a pleasure to shoot with them and a lot of new ideas were exchanged. Other photo buddies include Fuminari, Bonushoe and Koel. And also thanks to Eileen for enduring the heat of the sun.

Dead or Alive - featuring Elene

Thanks to Elene for answering the call for this "Assasination" theme shoot. It was very easy to work with her, fast to get into character and needed little to no directions from us. Very energetic, she'd tiredlessly do different poses and can even hold a difficult pose for quite a long time to enable us to capture several angles. The shoot was done together with a few other photobuddies, namely Teetoo, The Legend (TDR) and Chew. Prepare to be assassinated....

Road to NoWhere - featuring Angie

The idea for this album came from my very limited knowledge of how a lyrics photobook would look like, which is nil. Haha. However, I was somehow influenced by some of my flickr contacts in the color treatment for the album. Don't really know what's it called, just a lot of pinkish color cast with very faded and muted colors. A few selected shots below, and a link to the full album.

Final post for my Kek Lok Si series...

This year all the forums that I frequent were really overloaded with shots from the Kek Lok Si temple in Ayer Itam, Penang. So instead of posting all the shots I took, I just picked a few to post in the forums, and save all the rest of them for my blog here... The shots were taken over a span of a few days, with different type of lenses and angles and shooting methods.
So here goes...enjoy.

Dark Angel : Assassin at Large - featuring Elene

This has been something I had wanted to do for a long time, an Angel with gun. hahaha. Finally can realize this concept with the help of Elene. She was great with her posings and got into the mood almost immediately.
This is also the second time I've worked with her.
For photos from our first outing, simply titled: Just a Simple Shoot, do click here: Full Album.
And a sample from her first album by me.
